Today I watched for the first time “A Clockwork Orange”. Demential. Sick at all scenes. Carnivalesque dystopian. Parodic violent. Gratuitously cruel. Or not.
But Kubrick started out as a photographer in New York City for ‘Look’ Magazine (and worked there for about 6 years) and his eye was like no other.
